We decided that this time, since Jes and Dave and the boys are here, we would go ahead and have Chili Verde.
The only problem is that it came out as Chili Rojo instead because all we had was commercial canned tomatoes.
It may have looked different, but it sure tasted good. The serranos we bought were not as hot as those homegrown Utah ones, but it was good anyway!
