Marry You Again
by Joshua Creek
I never thought a piece of cake could taste so nice,
After so long in the freezer stuck behind a tray of ice.
But the frosting's just as sweet, and my knees just as weak,
As the day that you first offered me a slice.
Oh, tonight we're gonna celebrate the best day of my life,
And if I could I'd go back in time. . .
And do it all again, take you by the hand,
In exactly the same way, on exactly the same day,
I wouldn't change a thing, savor every scene.
Watch you in that dress, slowly catch my breath,
and then, I'd marry you again!
I never thought a piece of stone could mean so much.
How that diamond on your finger reminds me of your touch.
Though the passing years go by, it still shines just as bright,
As the day I saw forever in your eyes.
Oh, tonight we're gonna celebrate the day we made our vows,
And if I could I'd go back right now. . .
And do it all again. Take you by the hand,
In exactly the same way, on exactly the same day,
I wouldn't change a thing, savor every scene.
Watch you in that dress, slowly catch my breath,
and then, I'd marry you again!
Take you by the hand,
In exactly the same way, on exactly the same day,
I wouldn't change a thing, savor every scene.
Watch you in that dress, and slowly catch my breath,
and then, I'd marry you again!
Lauri,
This expresses my thoughts so well! I love you Sweetheart!

So you know how to make a girl cry don't you? I'd do it again myself. The only thing I woudn't plan in is the seperation time! I miss you more than you know, but then I know you know.. I love you the most!
